This 90-minute beginner class has been designed to give you tips and tools to maintain the beautiful, intertwined flow of your chakras. Using Mantras, Mindfulness and Movements, we will show you simple ways to help support and balance the energy of your chakras. Our goal is for you to leave this class with tools to support your energy and maintain open chakras using Mantras, Mindfulness and Movement. *You will need to consent that you have been cleared by a physician prior to participating in this class. Investment: $15 pp.
